"My son bought a car on a Saturday. I called after hours and spoke with someone in the State Farm central call center to add the car to my policy. Two weeks later, late on a Thursday night, I became very concerned when I realized the policy was in my name, since I don’t own the car. I called the State Farm central office again. They said the local office would have to handle. Local office was closed on Friday and the weekend.
